GrowMindGrow Trademark Policy
Last revised: 2 September 2026
A trademark is what tells somebody that a product comes from us. This policy explains when you may use ours, and when you need to ask first. It is short on purpose.
1. Our Marks:
Our trademarks include the name GrowMindGrow, however it is written or styled, the abbreviation GMG, our logo, and combinations of these, whether they stand alone or form part of something larger. They belong to GrowMindGrow.
2. What You May Do Without Asking:
You do not need our permission to refer to us by name, truthfully and in ordinary language. That includes:
- saying that your school, class or family uses GrowMindGrow;
- writing about, reviewing, teaching with, or reporting on the Service, including critically;
- linking to our website; and
- using our name in a comparison, so long as the comparison is accurate.
In each case, use the name as an adjective describing the thing it refers to, keep the spelling and capitalisation as we write them, and do not present it in a way that suggests we endorsed, sponsored, reviewed or partnered with you when we did not.
3. What Needs Our Permission First:
- Using our logo, rather than simply our name in text.
- Putting our name or logo on anything you sell or give away — clothing, printed material, merchandise, packaging.
- Using our name or logo in the name of your own product, service, application, company, domain name, or social media account.
- Using them in advertising, on a sponsorship or partnership page, or anywhere that implies a relationship between us.
- Altering our marks — changing the colours or proportions of the logo, redrawing it, animating it, combining it with other marks, or abbreviating the name differently.
Where we do give permission, please take the logo from the files we supply rather than copying it from a screenshot, and use it unmodified.
4. What We Will Not Agree To:
We will not permit use of our marks in a way that is misleading about who made something, that suggests we endorse a product or view when we do not, that disparages us, or that associates GrowMindGrow with material unsuitable for children. Because our users are children and the adults responsible for them, we treat that last point strictly.
5. Permission and Withdrawal:
To ask for permission, or if you are unsure whether you need it, write to legal@growmindgrow.com and tell us what you would like to do. We try to answer sensible requests quickly.
Permission we give is limited to what we agreed to, and we may withdraw it if the use changes, if it becomes misleading, or if it brings our marks into disrepute. Nothing here grants you any ownership in our marks, and this policy is not a licence to use anything except as described above.
